The toasted oak flavour delightfully mixes with the vanilla and caramel flavor of our syrup. The flavours do not compete with one another but co-exist in harmony. We recommend using this Bourbon Infused Maple Syrup on pancakes, baking (our favourite is in apple crisp), drizzled over cheese, as a coffee sweetener, and glazed on meats.
All of our maple syrup is wood fired and produced in an off-grid operation using solar panels as our main power source.
