This is a simple, yet delicious dish that pairs perfectly with wine and crackers. Our recipe for Maple Baked Brie uses candied pecans to top off the gooey cheese with a burst of sweet crunchiness. This recipe is perfect as an appetizer, or snack when you have company over.
1 8 oz wheel of brie
1/2 cup of Fallen Leaves Maple Products Dark Syrup
1/4 cup of candied pecans
1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
2. Place wheel of brie in brie baker, or oven safe dish just slightly bigger than the cheese.
3. Pour maple syrup over wheel of cheese and sprinkle candied pecans on top of the cheese.
4. Place in oven for 10 minutes, or until cheese melts.
5. Serve warm with crackers.
